SDAI is pleased to participate in Make Music Day in Balboa Park. Make Music is a free celebration of music around the world on June 21st. Launched in 1982 in France as the Fête de la Musique, it is now held on the same day in more than 750 cities in 120 countries. All events, in every location, are free and open to the public.

SDAI will host a special edition of SOLOS DUO TODOS, which will encourage musicians to experiment in new encounters and chance interactions. Multiple sessions throughout the day will give groups of improvisers the chance to perform short solos, then duos, then all together. SOLOS DUOS TODOS is an excercise in spontaneous collaboration and acceptance.
