Breaking the Ice is the kick-off event for Funding for the Arts Month! Join us as we invite artists, arts administrators, funders, and community leaders for an evening of networking. Make connections with a wide array of arts professionals working in and around San Diego and Baja Norte. Welcome addresses will be given by Ginger Shulick Porcella, Executive Director of the San Diego Art Institute; Celia Gold, Arts Activist and Grant Writer for the San Diego Art Institute; and Patricia Frischer, Founder of the San Diego Visual Arts Network.
